Energy Plant
We are proud to announce the development of the Liverpool Solar Energy Plant, a strategic large-scale renewable energy project currently underway in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. Situated approximately 45 kilometres south of Thabazimbi, the plant is positioned in an area with exceptional solar irradiation potential—ideal for efficient and reliable energy generation. The proposed facility will have an installed generation capacity of 10 megawatts (MW) and will be developed across approximately 19.8 hectares of land.
Once operational, the Liverpool Solar Energy Plant will contribute to the national energy mix by supplying clean, renewable electricity to the grid, helping to reduce carbon emissions and promote long-term energy sustainability. This initiative supports the broader objectives of South Africa's transition toward renewable energy sources, offering both environmental and economic benefits to the surrounding communities and the nation at large.
